Job description

I’m looking for an experienced Optimization & Growth Specialist to elevate my personal brand, build thought leadership, and drive consistent organic growth on . The ideal candidate has a proven track record of optimizing profiles, crafting high-quality content, and delivering measurable growth results.

Duration : Ongoing (Initial 3-month performance-based engagement)

Key Responsibilities

1. Profile Optimization

Design a high-quality custom banner
Refresh and enhance profile picture (editing / retouching as needed)
Update and optimize headline for clarity, positioning, and discoverability
Rewrite and enhance the “About” section for strong personal branding

2. Content Bank (Thought Leadership)

Create 12 high-quality, niche-focused posts per month

Ensure posts align with my industry, tone, and growth goals

Build a consistent narrative that positions me as a thought leader

3. Organic Growth

Implement -approved organic strategies to grow relevant, targeted followers

Monitor insights to ensure follower quality and relevance

4. Diversified Networking

Send connection requests across three key segments :

ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)

Engagers (people who interact with my content)

Niche peers and industry-aligned profiles

5. Engagement Growth

Actively engage (likes, comments) on relevant posts to expand reach

Manage engagement on my posts to sustain momentum and visibility

6. Post Boosting

Use ethical tools, tactics, and network strategies to boost likes, comments, and overall visibility

Monitor performance and adjust campaigns for optimal results

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience managing and growing personal brands on

Strong copywriting & storytelling skills

Understanding of ’s algorithm, analytics, and growth levers

Ability to design compelling visual assets (banner, minor photo edits)

Experience in thought-leadership content creation

Highly organized and consistent with weekly deliverables
