Key Responsibilities :
- Manage embroidery machine operations , ensuring efficiency and precision.
- Digitize and develop embroidery designs using leading software and equipment.
- Lead R&D initiatives to automate embroidery patterning and maintain quality consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to embroidery machines and software.
