We are seeking a highly driven and experienced
Sales professional
to lead real estate sales initiatives. This role combines
international real estate sales ,
channel partner network , and
event management activities.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, an established network of international channel partners (brokers, agents, investment firms), and experience in planning and executing international sales and marketing events.
Role
Drive international sales of residential real estate projects.
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and real estate agents across key international markets.
Create and execute go-to-market strategies.
Build strong relationships with global channel partners to maximize lead generation and deal closures.
Plan and manage international real estate exhibitions, conference, and investment seminars.
Represent the company at global expos, networking events, and property showcases.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure high-impact branding and presentation during international events.
Qualification
3+ years of sales experience in high-end industries, including luxury inhouse real estate with a proven track record of building relationships and driving sales growth.
Demonstrated success in managing and growing international channel partner networks.
Experience organizing and executing international marketing / sales events.
Strong understanding of global property markets trends and updates
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for business development and events.
