Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern located in Bangalore Urban. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including supporting HR management initiatives, implementing HR policies, and ensuring effective personnel management. Responsibilities may also include assisting with employee benefits administration and contributing to the development of organizational HR practices.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and practices
• Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in multitasking and working in collaborative environments
• A background in related fields of study or prior internships in HR are considered a plus
