💼 Role Overview
We are looking for high-performance professionals who can handle both technical support + international sales for our PC Optimization Software.
This role includes supporting customers, resolving technical issues, and offering premium service plans to global customers (mainly USA & Canada).
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Handle Inbound / Outbound calls from US customers
- Diagnose slow PC issues, browser errors, pop-ups, and basic malware symptoms
- Install & configure PC Cleaner / Optimization Tool
- Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting
- Provide privacy cleaning, junk removal & system optimization support
- Record case notes and submit daily performance updates
