Role : US IT Recruiter / Sr. US IT Recruiter

Location : Noida, Sector 62

Shift :

EST work hours (6 : 30 PM - 3 : 30 AM IST)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Work as a specialized IT recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates for diverse technology positions including

Software Development, Quality & Testing, Database & Infrastructure, Cloud & DevOps, Data & Analytics,

Cybersecurity Analysts, Network Engineers, System Administrators, Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, UI / UX Designers, Salesforce Developers, ServiceNow Developers etc

Analyze job descriptions in depth to identify required technical skills, certifications, experience levels, and cultural fit requirements

Source qualified candidates from multiple channels including job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche technology communities

Conduct comprehensive resume screening and technical pre-qualification calls that go beyond basic availability and compensation discussions

Perform detailed candidate assessments covering technical expertise, project experience, domain knowledge, and career aspirations

Leverage social media recruiting strategies and proactive headhunting techniques to build talent pipelines

Maintain meticulous attention to detail in reviewing resumes for accuracy, consistency, and professionalism

Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process, and facilitate offer negotiations

WHAT WE NEED :

4-7 years of proven US IT recruitment experience

  • non-negotiable requirement

Demonstrated success in

working directly with end clients

(not just third-party vendors)

Expert-level proficiency in

Boolean search techniques

and advanced keyword manipulation to generate diverse, relevant candidate pools

Substantial experience recruiting for

W2 positions with direct clients

Strong track record of

full-cycle recruiting

from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding

Excellent

negotiation skills

with the ability to manage candidate expectations and close offers effectively

Proactive recruiting approach

  • consistently builds talent pipelines and maintains candidate relationships aligned with client needs, rather than reactive searching only when reqs are assigned
  • Self-motivated individual with a

    resilient, never-say-die attitude

    and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

    Familiarity with

    ATS systems

    (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools for recruitment management
