Key Responsibilities :

Lead and participate in SAP S / 4HANA Finance (FICO) implementation and rollout projects.

Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

Configure and customize FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules.

Integrate FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.

Handle key business processes like GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis .

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.

Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.

At least 1–2 full-cycle S / 4HANA implementation projects experience.

Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes .

Good communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
