IMS People Possible : IMS People Possible is our Offshore Recruitment Services division, partnering with 250+ recruitment brands across the US, UK, EU, and APAC regions. Being in the offshore recruitment industry for more than 19 years, we offer customised solutions for recruiting, credentialling and compliance, onboarding, and MSP / VMS / ATS maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities-

  • Sourcing the candidate from various sources like job portals, database, references etc.
  • Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates
  • Willing to work on tight deadlines.
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities

    • Job Qualifications-

  • 6+ Months of experience working in Recruitment is desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong desire to self-learn.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
