Ad Operations Lead – Programmatic (ORTB)

Location : Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India - full time, office based.

Salary : INR 29 LPA

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on professional to join a high-growth programmatic scale-up, as Lead – Programmatic Operations - Open Real-Time Bidding (ORTB).

In simple terms : this role is about making sure digital ads get delivered to the right audience, in the right place, at the right time, seamlessly. Instead of old-fashioned media buying, you’ll be using technology and real-time auctions to connect advertisers and publishers, ensuring ads run smoothly across web, mobile, video, and connected TV.

Think of it as being the air-traffic controller of digital advertising, keeping all systems connected, campaigns optimized, and revenue opportunities maximized.

This is a LEAD role - so seniority and leadership experience is key!

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of supply integration via Header Bidding, ORTB protocol, and RTB / PMP.
  • Lead SSP onboarding, generating endpoints, tags, and feeds with precision.
  • Manage DSP onboarding, ensuring smooth compatibility and daily operations.
  • Oversee end-to-end ad operations and publisher account management across CTV, Video, Display, and In-App channels.
  • Conduct audits of publisher integrations, monitoring fraud, fill rates, error resolution, and demand mapping.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience with Header Bidding, ORTB protocol, RTB / PMP.
  • Must have worked for a start-up / small company previously
  • Expertise in monetising via leading SSPs such as GAM and Amazon UAM.
  • Strong knowledge of CTV, Video, and Display monetisation infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience onboarding SSPs via ORTB feeds / endpoints.
  • Proficiency with platforms like PubMatic, BidSwitch, Appnexus, Rubicon, Pulsepoint, or Freewheel.
  • Proven ability to create and manage infrastructure for programmatic deals.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale programmatic operations.
