Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Test Engineer with a strong foundation in LTE protocol testing and system-level debugging. The candidate will work closely with development teams to execute test cases, analyze results, and support defect resolution. This role is ideal for engineers who want to build deep expertise in mobile communication protocols and wireless technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute LTE protocol and performance test cases in line with project requirements.
• Perform failure analysis and identify root causes of test execution issues.
• Log, track, and report software defects with detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and validate fixes.
• Conduct system acquisition and end-to-end LTE call processing validation.
• Support troubleshooting of customer-reported issues and replicate failures for debugging.
• Ensure compliance with 3GPP specifications for GSM / GPRS / EDGE / WCDMA / LTE technologies.
• Maintain test documentation, test reports, and defect tracking logs.
