We are looking for a Python Developer with hands-on experience in LLM-based systems and agent orchestration using frameworks like AutoGen and LangChain.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and fine-tuning multi-agent workflows that interact via APIs and LLMs

The ideal candidate should have experience designing, building, and fine-tuning multi-agent workflows that interact via APIs and LLMs.

He should have the following abilities :

Code Review : Conducts thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality and adherence to best practices.

Technical Guidance : Provides technical guidance and support to the development team.

Mentorship : Mentors junior developers and fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Collaboration : Works closely with Development Managers and other stakeholders to ensure technical alignment.

Problem Solving : Assists in solving complex technical issues and challenges.
