Quality Auditor- ISO & CMMI

Experience Range : 4 to 9years Job Description : Provide QA facilitation support to projects in line with the defined process Ensure compliance against the defined process through process audits Assist in engagement level process definition as needed To deliver process training in the defined areas as per requirement Process Tool implementation / Training / Support if any Metrics data analysis and drive process improvement in the projects / engagements Participate in customer reviews and establish customer connect Reporting and participation in various project progress review meetings Be part of one or the other councils at LOB level and contribute towards meeting the objectives of respective councils (e.g : Metrics council) Skill Needed

• Clear understanding of Software Development Life cycle phases / activities
• Hands on experience in process definition & should have driven / contributed process improvement initiatives in the organization / business unit / projects
• Extensive Experience in process facilitation in ensuring process compliance
• Strong knowledge of process models and standards like ISO & CMMI etc.,
• Good knowledge & hands on experience in Agile methodology covering SCRUM, XP, KANBAN practices
• Basic / Advanced statistical management skills will help in delivering the role responsibilities
• Hands on experience is some of the common tools like MS Office, Config tool (VSS / CVS / SVN etc.,), Any project management tool, PMSmart, Statistical tools like Minitab, Sigma XL
• Team player, Self-driven, initiative taking, ability to interface with Senior Management, be able to resolve conflicts and excellent presentation skills
