Job description

We are launching a state of the art Wellness Club across Delhi NCR very soon.

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team and inspire people to transform their wellbeing.

Ayurveda Spa Therapist -

Diploma / Certification in Ayurvedic Panchakarma Therapy from a recognized institute (Kerala experience preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years experience in reputed Ayurvedic centers, wellness resorts, or luxury spas
Delivery of authentic Ayurvedic therapies (Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Potli, Udvartana, etc.) with high professional and service standards.
Knowledge of health concerns (hormonal balance, stress management, postnatal care, etc.) will be an advantage.
Warm, empathetic personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Basic English communication; ability to explain treatments clearly to members.

Eastern Spa Therapist

Diploma / Certification in Spa Therapy / Beauty & Wellness from a reputed institute.

Minimum 3 years in luxury spas, 5 star hotel spas like Oberoi, wellness clubs, or resorts (experience with elite clientele preferred)

Knowledge of various massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Reflexology; Lymphatic drainage)

Thai nationalizes or someone with deep knowledge of Thai massage would be preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills, warmth, and ability to create a safe, respectful environment.

Good communication skills in English
