Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex , Visualforce , LWC , and Aura Components .
  • Build and customize Lightning pages , flows , triggers , and validation rules .
  • Collaborate with admins, architects, and business users to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Develop and consume REST / SOAP APIs for integrations with external systems.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Perform unit testing , code reviews , and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and optimize performance across custom Salesforce implementations.
  • Work with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Gearset, Copado, Bitbucket, Jenkins) for source control and deployments.

Mandatory Skills :

  • Proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, process builder, flows)

    • Desirable Skills :

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party apps using REST APIs , SOAP , or middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX , Scratch Orgs , and Unlocked Packages
  • Salesforce certifications such as :
  • Platform Developer I (PDI) – preferred
  • Platform Developer II , App Builder , or JavaScript Developer I – a plus
  • Exposure to Agile methodology , JIRA , Confluence , and CI / CD tools
