Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled PKI Engineer to join our Certificate Management Team. You will be responsible for designing, integrating, and automating certificate lifecycle management solutions using a Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
This role demands strong knowledge of cryptography, PKI, and compliance with modern security frameworks such as NIST 1800-16.
You will play a key role in building a scalable, secure, and policy-driven PKI infrastructure supporting diverse technology stacks and cryptographic use cases across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Development & Integration :
- Design and integrate automated key and certificate lifecycle workflows using CI / CD pipelines and product-specific drivers.
- Implement integrations with diverse platforms (Windows, Linux, Java, Kubernetes) to support TLS, digital signatures, and encryption.
Automation & Support :
Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide certificate inventory via automated discovery and scanning.Support adoption of hardware-backed key containers such as HSMs and smart cards.Provide expert guidance on certificate store interfaces and cryptographic libraries (e.g., OpenSSL, Bouncy Castle, MS CNG).Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant PKI solutions.Required Qualifications :
Technical Skills :
Strong understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate lifecycle management.Hands-on experience with CLM platforms.Familiarity with CI / CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions).Experience with cryptographic libraries and certificate / key stores (PKCS#12, JKS, Windows Cert Store).Solid knowledge of TLS / SSL, digital signatures, and encryption technologies.Experience with hardware key containers (HSMs, smart cards) is a plus.Soft Skills
