Job Title : Junior Architect

Location : Coimbatore

Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience : Minimum 3 Years

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team in Coimbatore. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute to innovative architectural projects, and grow professionally under the mentorship of senior architects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior architects in developing creative and functional architectural designs.

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials using CAD and BIM software.

Conduct site visits, inspections, and measurements to support design accuracy and construction progress.

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Research building codes, regulations, and zoning laws to ensure project compliance.

Support in preparing project proposals, reports, and design presentations for clients.

Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and construction documentation.

Contribute innovative ideas and design solutions to meet project goals and client expectations.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture ( B.Arch ) from a recognized institution.

3 – 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp , and related design software.

Strong knowledge of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building codes.

Key Skills Required

Strong design and visualization skills with attention to detail.

Excellent project coordination and time management abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with clients and teams.

Fluency in English & Hindi (verbal communication is mandatory).

Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
