• Configure and maintain Performance & Goals Management forms, templates, and route maps.
• Optimise existing PMGM processes and support enhancement requests.
• Troubleshoot issues related to form behaviour, workflows, and permissions.
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams to ensure smooth performance-cycle execution.
