Job description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Scrum Master, who will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage sprint processes, and drive collaboration across teams and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation :

  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure that Agile principles and best practices are consistently applied across teams.

Sprint Management :

  • Plan, monitor, and manage sprint activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress.
  • Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-refined product backlog.

    • Team Management & Collaboration :

  • Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and encourage self-organization.
  • Promote open communication and effective problem-solving among cross-functional teams.

    • Stakeholder Management :

  • Act as a bridge between the development team and key stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively.
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are aligned with sprint goals and deliverables.

    • Continuous Improvement :

  • Monitor team performance metrics and identify areas for process optimization.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance team productivity and delivery quality.

    • Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
  • 3–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development life cycles.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams through Agile transformations.
