SAP FICO Consultant

Job Description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with 10-12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a particular emphasis on SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud. The candidate must have completed at least one full life cycle implementation of SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud.

Key Responsibilities :

1. SAP FICO Implementation : Lead and manage SAP FICO module implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

2. S / 4HANA Public Cloud Expertise : Utilize deep understanding of SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud, including integration with other modules, to drive successful deployments.

3. Business Process Optimization : Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance within the SAP FICO module.

4. Configuration & Customization : Perform detailed configuration of SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders.

5. Integration : Collaborate with other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless integration between FICO and other modules like MM, SD, PP, and HR.

6. Documentation : Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.

7. Training & Support : Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the SAP FICO system post-implementation.

8. Project Management : Lead project teams in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to budgets.

9. Compliance & Reporting : Ensure that the SAP FICO solution meets all compliance requirements and supports accurate financial reporting.

10. Stakeholder Management : Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.

Qualifications

1. Experience : 10-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.

2. S / 4HANA Public Cloud : At least one full life cycle implementation experience with SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud is mandatory.

3. Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud functionalities, and integration points with other SAP modules.

4. Project Management : Strong project management skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.

5. Analytical Skills : Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

6. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

7. Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification in FICO and / or S / 4HANA is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Industry Experience : Prior experience in (Industry) is a plus.

2. Additional Modules : Familiarity with other SAP modules and tools (e.g., SAP BW, SAP Fiori) is advantageous.
