Job description
  • Basic Patient Care Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Feeding Assistance Help patients eat and drink, monitor intake.
  • Mobility Support Help patients move, walk, transfer between bed and wheelchair.
  • Vital Signs Monitoring Check and report temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.
  • Bed Making & Cleanliness Maintain clean and comfortable patient environments.
  • Patient Observation Report changes in patient condition to nurses.
  • Emotional Support Provide comfort and companionship to patients.
  • Medical Equipment Assistance Help set up and clean basic equipment (e.g., bedpans, wheelchairs).
  • Documentation Record basic care activities and intake / output if required.
  • Transport Assistance Accompany or transport patients for tests or procedures.
