Key Responsibilities :
- Handle leads from marketing campaigns, website, inbound calls, and emails.
- Qualify leads using BANT criteria and route qualified opportunities to sales executives.
- Manage the leads process and maintain accountability for lead progression from qualification to closure.
- Develop an understanding of competitive products and customer requirements.
- Generate customer quotations and support sales activities.
- Scrub SFDC and third-party databases to maintain high-quality contact data for cold / warm calling.
- Update Market codes, visibility metrics, and other database information.
- Collect and provide feedback to improve lead generation campaigns and processes.
- Demonstrate technical and product knowledge to qualify leads accurately.
- Report daily progress to the Lead Qualification Marketing Manager.
- Collaborate with the Global Lead Qualification team to implement best practices and process improvements.
