We are seeking experienced professionals with strong technical expertise to join as Mentors / Coaches on theproject creation and execution ecosystem. As a mentor, you will guide students in executing industry-aligned, innovation-driven projects that bridge the gap between academic learning and career readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Student Guidance : Support students in project execution by providing structured guidance, milestone reviews, and actionable feedback.
Project Review & Feedback : Evaluate project blueprints and deliver clear, constructive comments on technical accuracy, feasibility, and best practices.
Skill Development : Help students strengthen problem-solving, coding, design, and documentation skills, ensuring portfolio-grade outputs.
Industry Alignment : Advise students on tools, certifications, and practices relevant to industry demand (AI / ML, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud, IoT, etc.).
Collaboration & Documentation : Use the Project Mitra platform to annotate, comment, and record mentoring session notes; maintain transparency in student progress tracking.
Knowledge Sharing : Conduct mock sessions, Q&A reviews, or targeted workshops when required.
Uphold Integrity : Ensure originality in student work and adherence to academic and professional standards.
Requirements
Education :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI / ML, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or related field.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Cisco, SAP, Oracle, AI / ML credentials) preferred.
Experience :
Minimum 3–5 years of industry / project execution experience in IT or related technical domains.
Prior mentoring, teaching, or coaching experience is highly desirable.
Technical Skills (any of the following) :
Programming : Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, etc.
Domains : AI / ML, Data Science, Cloud Platforms, Web / Mobile Development, IoT, Cybersecurity, ERP, or other IT specializations.
Tools : GitHub, cloud environments, data pipelines, project management tools.
Soft Skills :
Excellent communication, teaching aptitude, and patience.
Ability to provide structured and constructive feedback.
Passion for guiding students and bridging academia–industry gaps.
Commitment
Availability for 10–15 hours per project cycle , flexible scheduling.
Active participation in structured mentoring sessions, milestone reviews, and feedback loops.
Engagement through online collaboration tools integrated into Project Mitra.
