Key responsibilities include : -

• Strategic Hiring & Workforce Planning : Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s hiring needs across all regions.
• End-to-End Talent Acquisition : Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes.
• Stakeholder Management : Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic insights.
• Employer Branding : Enhance Premier Energies’ employer brand through various hiring channels, social media, and industry partnerships.
• Candidate Experience : Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Data & Analytics : Utilize recruitment metrics to measure hiring effectiveness, analyze trends, and drive process improvements.
• Vendor & Agency Management : Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and partners as required.
• Compliance & Best Practices : Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and best hiring practices.
