Center Head (MBA / Science Background)

The client is in the Healthcare Education industry and is looking to hire a Center Head for their upcoming center at Pune.

Role :

The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the entire center while driving business performance, service excellence, and profitability. This role carries full ownership of the center's P&L , ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and sustainable operations. The Center Head will lead, motivate, and develop teams while ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, and business objectives are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the center's P&L and deliver revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
