ERP Functional Consultant

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with 5 years of expertise in ERP implementations.

The role focuses on end-to-end new implementations of Business Central in both Perpetual (On-Premises) and Cloud (SaaS) environments.

The consultant will lead requirement gathering, system configuration, data migration, and functional deployment to ensure successful ERP rollouts.

Experience : 5 Years.

Location : Indore.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead greenfield implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central (Perpetual & Cloud).
• Conduct requirement workshops and map client business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing, and Service.
• Configure Business Central modules according to business needs.
• Manage data migration activities (data mapping, cleansing, loading, and validation).
• Prepare functional design documents, test scenarios, and user manuals.
• Provide end-user training, UAT support, and post-go-live assistance.
• Ensure ERP implementations align with Microsoft best practices and project methodology (Sure Step / Agile).
• Collaborate with technical / development teams only for customizations when required.
• Act as a subject matter expert for clients in both Cloud and Perpetual BC environments.
