Job description

Purpose-driven, high-ownership role — ideal for self-starters who thrive in both strategy and execution.

Role (you will) :

  • Work directly with the founder on marketing and growth initiatives.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
  • Draft and schedule weekly content (posts, blogs, newsletters).
  • Support brand communication, outreach, and partnerships.
  • Analyze campaign data, website traffic, and engagement metrics to improve performance.
  • Assist in building the company’s narrative for investors, customers, and recruits.
  • Coordinate with design, product, and business teams to maintain consistent messaging.

Minimum qualifications :

  • MBA (Marketing or equivalent preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, or early-stage startups.
  • Strong written English and storytelling skills.
  • Familiar with tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics / Search Console, and Canva / Adobe tools.
  • Organized, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Good to have :

  • Experience running paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, or Google).
  • Understanding of SEO, email marketing, and lead funnels.
  • Interest in working closely with leadership and learning startup strategy end-to-end.
