Program Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Program Support Specialist to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive program implementation across departments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing data workflows, creating actionable insights, and supporting program operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain data systems, including G Suite applications.
- Collect, clean, and report data to inform program decision-making.
- Create visualisations and dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
- Develop expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboard creation.
- Apply analytical skills to generate actionable insights; knowledge of SQL, Python, or Apps Script is an advantage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program success and drive change management initiatives.
- Work effectively in dynamic environments, handling ambiguity, multitasking, and high-pressure deadlines.
- Experience in program operations, data analysis, or a similar role is essential.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
