Job description3–5 years Golang backend development experience Experience with distributed systems (queues, schedulers, workflow engines, data pipelines) Solid understanding of APIs, data modeling, and databases Comfort with cloud-native development (AWS / GCP, containers, orchestration) Product mindset - building for usability, reliability, and speed Exposure to telemetry, observability, or monitoring systems Event-driven architectures (Kafka, Temporal, NATS, etc.) Frontend experience with React / TypeScript Interest in LLM-driven products or eBPF Founding engineer equity with real ownership Build systems at the intersection of CI / CD, observability, and AI Fast learning trajectory and high autonomy in a lean team Intro call with Founder Coding Interview System Design Interview Culture Fit Offer

- Build distributed backend services for ingesting, processing, and querying high-volume telemetry

- Work across the stack, backend first, but with opportunities to contribute to frontend
- Shape architecture and product direction as an early team member
