Technical Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Lead with 8–10 years of experience to drive end-to-end application development, architecture, and team leadership. This role demands strong expertise in backend and frontend technologies, cloud platforms, and modern AI-native engineering tools to accelerate productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full stack development across backend (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices) and frontend (React.js).

Architect scalable solutions ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers.

Mentor and guide engineers to build a high-performing development team.

Leverage AI-native engineering tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor) to enhance coding efficiency and application delivery.

Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Ensure best practices in CI / CD, code reviews, and agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

8–10 years of experience in full stack development and leadership roles.

Strong backend expertise : Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.

Frontend proficiency : React.js with modern UI / UX practices.

Cloud experience : Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Hands-on with AI-native tools : GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor.

Proven leadership skills : mentoring, team management, and project delivery.

Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong communication and collaboration skills.
