Offshore Minds is a distinguished firm dedicated to providing world-class financial analysis and accounting support within the real estate sector. We partner with a diverse clientele of private equity investors, developers, and fund managers across the U.S. and Europe.

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Professional to join our high-performance team. You will seamlessly integrate into our client’s operations, supporting the Finance Director in driving strategic insights for transactions ranging from $50M to $500M+.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, month / year-end close, and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Manage billing cycles, profitability analysis, revenue forecasting, and cash flow oversight.
• Lead budgeting, KPI dashboards, and financial planning for firm growth and hiring strategy.
• Review internal controls and implement workflow improvements to support scalability.
• Support select outsourced CFO engagements with financial modeling, budgeting, and capital strategy.
• Advise clients on tax efficiency, entity structuring, and compliance alignment (state & federal).
• Assist with audit prep, financial due diligence, valuations, and M&A-based advisory where applicable.
• Review client deliverables from accounting teams (AP / AR, payroll, month-end close, reconciliations).
