Job Summary :

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to serve as a Technical Interview Panel Expert , responsible for assessing candidates across both frontend and backend technologies.

This expert will evaluate web architecture, coding standards, UI / UX fundamentals, and integration of APIs for scalable full-stack applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct technical interviews for frontend, backend, and full stack developer candidates.

Evaluate candidates on React / Angular, Node.js, REST APIs, databases, and CI / CD .

Review code quality, UI responsiveness, and system architecture design capabilities.

Collaborate with HR and engineering teams to define interview structure and technical assessments.

Contribute to full-stack technical evaluation templates and skill matrices.

Technical Expertise :

Frontend : React.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript .

Backend : Node.js, Express.js, Django, or Spring Boot .

Databases : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB .

DevOps : Docker, Git, AWS, CI / CD pipelines .

Knowledge of performance optimization, API design, and system scalability .

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Information Technology.

10+ years in full-stack development and team leadership.

Prior experience as a technical interviewer / evaluator for developer roles.
