We’re Steps AI, a North America–based startup helping SMBs boost revenue, enhance customer experience, and automate 24 / 7 support effortlessly.

Our agentic AI chatbot connects with 250+ tools (Shopify, Zendesk, HubSpot, and more) - helping businesses grow without needing a tech team.

We’re now building our India-based digital marketing team to scale brand awareness, generate inbound demand, and fuel our growth across the U.S. and Canada.

We’re not looking for task-takers.

We’re looking for someone with the art and drive of marketing - someone who can think, create, and execute like a growth machine.

What You'll Do

You’ll own end-to-end digital marketing across ads, content, and growth.

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google).
Manage SEO, content, and blog strategy - from ideas to publication.
Write high-converting ad copy, landing pages, and email sequences .
Build funnels and automation for lead generation and nurturing.
Create and repurpose content (social posts, newsletters, case studies, short videos).
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and ROI.
Work closely with founders to test new angles, creatives, and audiences.
Move fast, measure fast, and constantly improve.

You'll Be Great If You

Have 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing / growth marketing / performance marketing .

Can handle ads, content, analytics, and automation end-to-end.

Understand what makes people click, read, and convert - not just what looks good.

Have strong writing and creative instincts; can brief or create content yourself.

Know tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, GA4, Apollo, Canva , and more.

Are obsessed with results - traffic, CTR, leads, conversions - and how to scale them.

Are proactive, analytical, and thrive in high-growth startup environments.

Have that “I’ll figure it out” energy - not “tell me what to do.”
