▷ (Urgent) Primary Teacher

Job Summary :

The Primary Teacher will be responsible for delivering effective classroom instruction, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the holistic development of students in primary grades (Std. 1–5). The teacher should plan and implement engaging lessons that promote curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity among students.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and deliver well-structured lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum and learning objectives.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to meet diverse learning needs.
• Assess students' performance through classwork, assignments, tests, and other evaluation methods.
• Maintain accurate student records including attendance, progress reports, and academic performance.
• Encourage good behavior, discipline, and respect among students in accordance with school policies.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and areas of improvement.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and co-curricular activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary activities and projects.
