Develop AI workflows and agentic patterns to help solve complex problems at scale that normally require human intervention. Work closely with both the core AI engineering team and top level leadership.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated AI workflows and agentic systems that automate complex business processes
• Architect scalable AI solutions that integrate with Patterns existing technology stack and business operations
• Mentor junior AI engineers and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives
• Collaborate with product and business teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI implementation
• Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate AI approaches before full implementation
• Establish best practices coding standards and architectural patterns for AI development
• Contribute to the companys AI strategy and roadmap in partnership with leadership
