Experience (in years) :

• MBBS / BDS / MPH / M.Sc. / M.Tech. (Biotechnology / Biomedical Engineering / CS / AIML / Statistics / related) with interest in clinical research and AI.
• Fresh graduates with demonstrated research aptitude and willingness to upskill are strongly encouraged to apply.

Nature of work :

We are looking for a motivated Junior Research Fellow (JRF) who will work closely with the KCDH-A and CRASH Lab (Centre for Responsible Autonomous Systems in Healthcare) teams on frontier projects in clinical AI, digital health, and multi-institutional collaborations with partners such as Harvard, NUS, IITs, JIPMER, the National Cancer Grid, and leading healthtech startups. This is an exceptional opportunity for early-career clinicians and researchers (MBBS / masters graduates) who want to make their careers at the intersection of medicine and AI. The JRF will support research coordination, data curation, grant preparation, and initial analyses while being mentored to develop skills in Python, statistics, AI pipelines, and scientific writing. The role is designed to upskill motivated graduates into AI-ready researchers, offering exposure to worldclass collaborations, high-impact publications, and real-world deployments.
