Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Sales Quality Analyst who will support the Sales QA function by auditing calls, reviewing processes, and identifying improvement areas in day-to-day sales execution. This role will work closely with the Senior Sales QA, Inside Sales, and Regional Managers to ensure adherence to quality standards while providing timely insights for coaching and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and review sales calls, CRM entries, and follow-up actions to ensure process compliance.
• Maintain and update quality scorecards and assist in tracking key sales metrics such as conversion rates, call duration, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Support mystery audits, field checks, and sample reviews under the guidance of the Senior Sales QA.
• Document deviations, highlight recurring issues, and prepare weekly quality reports.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and QA team to roll out corrective measures and process reminders.
• Provide frontline feedback to team leads and managers on call quality and adherence to pitch scripts.
• Assist in creating training inputs and quality improvement material.
• Ensure timely escalation of critical compliance or process gaps.
