Commercial Sourcing Sales :
- Drive sales for sourcing commercial projects (office, business spaces).
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle : lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Develop sales strategies, pricing, and promotional plans with marketing team.
- Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams for documentation and handover..
