Role Summary

As a Manager – SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC) , you will lead design, development, and configuration initiatives within the SAP BRIM landscape to address complex business requirements. You’ll act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing architectural guidance, mentoring teams, and ensuring successful delivery of high-performance applications across client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and configuration of SAP BRIM – Convergent Charging (CC) solutions to meet evolving business and technical requirements.
• Serve as SME for Convergent Charging, guiding solution strategy and execution across multiple project teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business analysts, solution architects, and operations teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions.
• Manage and mentor a technical team; review code, ensure adherence to quality and performance standards.
• Drive solutioning decisions and provide input to technical architecture and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on SAP BRIM and Convergent Mediation (CM) innovations, sharing insights to enhance delivery capability.
