Roles Responsibilities :

Infrastructure Design Automation : Design and build scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools(Eg. Terraform, Ansible)
CI / CD Pipeline Management : Develop, maintain, and improve continuous integration and deployment pipelines to automate code testing, building, and deployment processes.
Cloud Management : Oversee cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) ensuring cost optimization, security, scalability, and performance.
Monitoring Incident Response : Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana,) and respond to infrastructure-related incidents.
Collaboration Support : Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to automate processes and integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Security Compliance : Ensure that infrastructure adheres to security best practices, compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, GDPR), and implements automated security checks.
Leadership : Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership in DevOps best practices and cloud technologies.
Disaster Recovery : Design and implement backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies to ensure system resiliency.

Required Skill Sets :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or a related role with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and automation

Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible).

Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Proficient in CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).

Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana).

Solid scripting / programming skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.

Strong understanding of security protocols, encryption, authentication, and compliance requirements.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Certification in AWS, (preferred) Azure, or GCP.

Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
