Job Purpose :
To cultivate and manage strong relationships with assigned bank partners, driving the generation of health insurance business through their branch network. The Relationship Manager will be instrumental in fostering collaboration, supporting bank staff, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of Care Health Insurance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and nurture relationships with the bank branches allocated to them.
- Drive and achieve business targets for health insurance products from the designated bank branches.
- Establish and maintain strong liaison and collaborative relationships with bank management and branch staff to facilitate business development.
- Conduct regular visits to bank branches to engage with staff, provide product knowledge, and actively generate health insurance business.
- Support bank personnel in understanding product offerings, addressing queries, and resolving concerns related to selling insurance.
Qualifications :
MBA or Any Graduate.Should have 0 to 1+ Years of experience in sales (Insurance sector preferred)Skills Required
