Enrollment Management Professional
Job Summary :
This role involves managing and implementing strategies to attract prospective students. It also entails overseeing the admissions process, coordinating recruitment events, and providing information to prospective students regarding programs, scholarships, and admission requirements.
Main Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to engage prospective students and promote university events.
- Create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Manage social media campaigns to provide timely updates and engage with prospective students.
- Oversee the admissions process, including application review, interviews, and decision-making.
- Coordinate and attend recruitment events, campus tours, and open houses.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date program information to prospective students.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, addressing inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with prospective students.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.Previous experience in admissions, marketing, or a related area, preferably in higher education.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service orientation.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems and social media platforms.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.Benefits :
