Role Description
We are hiring a proactive and result-oriented Internal Sales Executive to manage franchise leads in F&B, retail, and other business sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle and convert franchise leads across multiple sectors.
Manage end-to-end sales discussions and maintain strong client relationships.
Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth closures.
Requirements :
Minimum 2+ years of experience in internal sales or telesales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is and advantage).
Ability to handle high-value ticket sizes ranging from ₹50 lakhs to ₹5 crores.
Strong target-driven and closing mindset.
