✅ 10+ years of professional backend development experience (with 4+ years in Go)

✅ Strong expertise in Go’s concurrency model, standard library, and tooling ecosystem

✅ Proven Architectural Leadership — designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems using microservices

✅ Rapid Domain Adaptability — ability to learn new domains like finance or real-time systems quickly

✅ Solid Database Proficiency (PostgreSQL / TimescaleDB preferred)

✅ Hands-on Containerization & Cloud experience (Docker, Kubernetes, major cloud platforms)
