About the Role : Now Hiring : US / Canada IT Recruiters | Based in Bangalore | Freshers Welcome

Location : Infantry Road, Bangalore

Mode of Employment : Permanent

Years of Experience : 0-5 Years (Both Freshers and Experienced)

Timings : EST / CST Timings

Job Description :

• Utilizing the database to identify potential candidates for existing and future client requirements
• Sourcing candidates from job boards using various sourcing techniques and populating the database with top talent according to client guidelines.
• Effectively aligning recruitment efforts with teams in North America / Canada using excellent communication and follow-up.
• Informing team lead of ongoing recruitment activities through daily entries into ATS, end of day reports and attending morning boards.
• Remaining target oriented and providing suitable candidates on a consistent basis within tight timelines, understanding the need for speed and a sense of urgency.
• Adhering to sourcing processes
• Meeting or exceeding assigned targets.
