Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing personalized travel consulting, managing travel arrangements, making travel reservations, coordinating travel itineraries, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their travel needs, advising on travel options, and ensuring a smooth travel experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
• Experience in making travel reservations and managing bookings
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Familiarity with popular travel destinations and current travel trends is a plus
• Experience in using travel booking software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
