Oracle HCM / Cloud Consultant

Role & Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits modules, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
• Configure benefits plan types, eligibility profiles, costing structures, open enrollment, qualifying life events, and interfacing with payroll and other HCM modules.
• Develop integration interfaces using HCM Data Loader (HDL), File-Based Data Import (FBDI), SOAP / REST services, and other middleware tools.
• Conduct functional workshops, document business requirements, develop test scenarios, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, implement patches and updates, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with HR processes, compliance standards, and project timelines.
