Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated faculty members who have successfully cleared UPSC CSE Mains multiple times and have the expertise to guide aspirants through the rigors of Civil Services preparation.

This is an opportunity to inspire, mentor, and shape the next generation of bureaucrats , while working in an environment that values innovation, empathy, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach General Studies (GS I–IV) and / or Optional Subjects with conceptual clarity.
• Conduct interactive classes, test discussions, and doubt-clearing sessions (offline & online).
• Design study material, practice questions, and test series .
• Mentor aspirants in exam strategy, time management, and answer writing.
• Integrate current affairs and contemporary issues into classroom discussions.

Who We're Looking For

✅ UPSC CSE aspirants who have cleared Mains multiple times (Interview experience is a plus).

✅ Strong command over one or more GS subjects / Optionals.

✅ Passion for teaching, mentorship, and student success .

✅ Excellent communication and clarity in explanation.

✅ Willingness to adapt to hybrid teaching (offline + online) .
