AgTech Management Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Agri Tech solutions (e.g., advance agriculture platform, IoT sensors, Web based / mobile agri-apps). Collaborate with agronomists and field experts to translate real-world farming needs into scalable digital solutions. Manage tech platforms for crop monitoring, soil analysis, yield prediction, and farm automation. Stay updated with emerging AgTech trends and recommend innovations. 2. Digital Marketing Technology Develop and implement digital marketing strategies using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO / SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation. Oversee website management, content strategy, and customer acquisition funnels. Integrate CRM systems and use MarTech tools to optimize user experience and conversion. Use analytics tools to assess campaign performance and recommend optimizations. 3. Data Analytics & Insights Lead the development and implementation of data pipelines for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing agricultural and marketing data. Design dashboards and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making across departments. Apply data science techniques to identify trends, forecasts, and actionable insights. Ensure data governance, privacy, and security compliance Experience 5+ years of experience in a role involving tech development, data analytics, and digital marketing.Industry Preferred AgriTech industries Manugacturing Strat-ups IT Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s degree Computer Science / Information Technology / Data Science. Hands-on experience with AgTech tools (e.g., GIS, drones, remote sensing), marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Meta, HubSpot), and data tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau). Experience working in start-ups or agri-based enterprises General Requirements Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills. Understanding of rural / agricultural ecosystems is a plus.
