[Immediate Start] Project Planner

PURPOSE :

The role involves developing comprehensive new project plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that project milestones are achieved on time and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

AREAS OF OWNERSHIP & ACCOUNTABILITY

• Planning - Effectively collabrate with team & prepare a realistic schedule including milestones, resource allocation and deliverables
• Tracking & Monitoring - Ensure timely updates are taken from the respective stakeholders and identify deviaition / delays
• Collabrate with Liasioning, Design functions, Marketing, Sales for updates
• Ensure to update quality remarks and delay reason against the tasks in the schedule
• Ensure effective communication between project stakeholders
