About the Role

Are you passionate about growth, networking, and closing deals?

We’re looking for a Business Development & Sales Executive who can drive new client acquisitions, nurture relationships, and help scale AdsGrip’s digital marketing services across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients through online and offline channels.
Present AdsGrip’s digital marketing, branding, and ad-tech solutions to businesses.
Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Manage CRM updates, proposal follow-ups, and client communication.
Collaborate with the marketing team for pitch decks and client campaigns.
Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing agency environment.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Understanding of digital marketing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Branding).

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic team.

Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, CRM, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
